Whale watching luxury yacht cruise in Reykjavik

It is not a luxury yacht Guide & staff were excellent Booking information very confusing not clear

Great guide, instructions on checking in could be clearer, I.e go to the restaurant to check in’. We did get to see Whales and seals who have no obligation to show up so that was superb

Toilet were dirty, I know it was a boat but they could have done with a clean. More refreshments, for the price there should have been a one free drink. The booking was done because we needed to get out of the terrible hotel room.

Good value, friendly staff. Boat was comfortable and everything was explained. We saw a whale and staff on boat did their best for us to get good views.

Too many people on the boat as this was sold as a luxury experience I didn’t expect this. There were no seats when we arrived 15 mins before as suggested. Please tell people to get there half a hour beforehand. Warm inside cabins which was appreciated. Couldn’t find any binoculars? These were advertised as part of the luxury experience. Staff were very helpful.

Staff were lovely and helped us on and off of the boat and were informative. Bar on board was great, and indoors was nice and warm with sofas and blankets for when the cold got too much. Only downside was that the front of the boat was very icy and hadn't been salted so it made moving around the front of the boat quite dangerous and slippy.
