Blue Lagoon comfort admission

it was a very good experience - only wrinkle was being aware that we had to get to blue lagoon ourselves

Making transport available would have made this more enjoyable, but it wasn’t too much hassle to organise myself.

Blue lagoon was enjoyable, would have preferred transport to have been included in TUI booking Cameras in blue lagoon should be limited to iuter reaches of pool (so people are not filmed without their consent entering pool)

Very packed changing area not many private rooms everything else was amazing

The experience in the water was amazing. Stunning location. Having drinks in the water and a face mask was fun. The changing rooms were cramped. We had to change on the floor near our lockers. We booked a private transfer for 8 of us which made the journey quicker and easier.

I liked the organisation of the guides and trips available. The organisation of the boarding passes was an issue but believe that was not from the TUI team. Once we found a TUI rep, they were extremely helpful.
