Sky Lagoon admission ticket and transfer

The sky lagoon its self was an amazing experience. The thing that let it down was the transfer. When booking we booked to be collected from our hotel, the ticket we received stated a bus stop, we then rang to confirm where the pick up would be and we were told they never collect from the bus stop stated, he did confirm we were being collected from the hotel, however, informed us that it would collect us 30 minutes earlier than we were informed. There was no information about our transfer back.

I think more in depth detail of what is involved needs to be included. Step by step. The people at sky lagoon just move you through the experience quite quickly. The tea serving at the end they couldn’t give me the ingredients and so with allergies we had to decline. The fact that you could charge things to the band they give you wasn’t explained by the person checking you in. It is overpriced but a lovely experience

We enjoyed the trip the transfer came on time and we arrived at the lagoon. My only comment was that we paid for transfer there and back to bus stop 9, we were picked okay but on our return the driver said we had to get off at bus stop 12 and walk to our bus stop 9 where our hotel was, a bit annoying considering we paid transfer both ways from our hotel.

You could stay as long as you wanted - buses were every hour. Pick up and drop was so simple. The experience at the Sky Lagoon was amazing.

Great experience, the views were amazing & the 7 step ritual was brilliant. Only downside was the lack of information about the transfer, we booked it from Bus Stop 4, however we were then told by another bus driver no one would be coming & we needed to get to the BSI bus terminal, so in future if booking, go straight to the BSI bus terminal.

Such a great experience and you have plenty of time to relax and enjoy it as return buses run every 30 mins back to the city. It’s a perfect place to spot whales as the infinity pool and sauna rooms overlook the sea. Don’t miss the 7 step spa treatment. It’s perfect. Staff were great,
