Die Mitarbeiter waren völlig überfordert. Die Wege viel zu lang. Wir brauchten circa 15 Minuten bis zur Lounge. Wir sind ganze 10 Minuten dort gewesen, das ist für den Preis von 240 Euro nicht zu vertreten. Dann.mussten wir alleine unser Gate suchen. Das kenne ich von anderen Flughäfen anders, da wird man bis zum Gate begleitet. Ich werde diesen Service nicht mehr nutzen. Der Flughafen ist zwar neu und groß, aber leider nicht besser.
