Meeting point:
The self-guided audio tour is designed to start at the entrance of the archaeological site of Mycenae (212 00, Mykines, Prefecture of Argolida.) The easiest way to get there is by car. The tour ends at the exit of the site of the Treasury of Atreus which is located outside the archaeological site, but in a close distance to it.
What to remember

Accessibility:

  • While the Museum of Mycenae is accessible, the archaeological site of Mycenae is not wheelchair accessible and not easily accessible to people with mobility difficulties
  • Due to the location of the archaeological site, it is recommended to leave the strollers at the entrance

Know in advance:

  • This is a combination of a downloadable self-guided audio tour for your smartphone (accessible through our app) and an entry ticket for Myceanae (archaeological site museum). No live guide or meeting point will be provided
  • Book per device to be used, not per participant
  • After booking, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to access and download your audio tour. Please check your email spam folder as well
  • An Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS smartphone is required. The audio tour is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Mini 1st generation
