Food and drinksI wasn't aware that most of the tours you book are actually through a third party not TUI, they are likely better value for money if you book directly with the tour company themselves as I'm sure TUI will take their cut. The communication from TUI was not great. However the tour itself was really good, the tour guide HBO was funny and knowledgeable.
