Join this glacial mission for a day and sail in-between the icebergs of the Glacier Lagoon which leaves no one untouched by its stunning beauty.
Upon getting picked up from downtown Reykjavik, your day will start with a drive along the southern coast of Iceland, with views of black sand beaches, glaciers and lava fields along the way.
Your first stop will be at the Glacier Lagoon, also called Jökulsárlón, where you will board a small boat to travel across the water. Having the ability to see the lagoon up close and personal truly adds to the experience.
You will then have some time to take a walk down to Diamond Beach where you can witness the contrast between the massive chunks of ice and the black sand.
Following your time at the lagoon, you will head back along the south coast and make a few additional stops along the way. These include a visit to the small fishing village of Vik where you'll be able to enjoy optional dinner and beach time, and the Seljalandsfoss waterfall which will welcome you with its mighty drop and fresh water.
