Dalaman Airport VIP service and lounge from Marmaris area

Awful value for money! Myself, my family and other vip users were appalled by the vip service. Poor location in air port, food was shocking! I have videos for evidence. Poor choice of salad only and hard rolls with butter and jam or dry plastic wrapped cakes. That was it. We were banking on a filling meal with choic. My son was so hungry. He didn’t eat anything. A group of travellers, spent £84 for 4 people. We spent £210. We will not use TUI again unless we get a full refund!

On entering the departure area we were unable to locate the VIP fast track desk. We saw three different TUI reps in the departure area inside the main entrance and not one of them had a clue where the meeting place was. We showed them them confirmation documents and we were met with complete " I have not got a clue what this is". After going through the booking procedure, passport and security checks we had so little time left in the VIP lounge to make use of those facilities. A waste of money.

The VIP Service at Dalaman Airport through to the lounge was the best thing I have ever done.....!!!! I'm a frequent traveller - the staff walked us thro the airport, security, etc like we were Royality. Would definitely recommend, will definitely do again - well worth the money spent. Thanks

Very efficient service. Fast tracked through check-in bag drop and security and brought directly to VIP lounge where we received one free beer or wine and an endless supply of tea/coffee and soft drinks and snacks. Well worth the €49 as we heard the food was very expensive in the airport

When we paid the £84 to our TUI rep at our resort she failed to tell us we would only have about 20minutes in the VIP lounge that was a rush and no time to do anything else before having to go to the gate. I will be asking for a full or partial refund. I cannot review the lounge in any honesty or fairness because we had no time in there.
