DrinksIt was a great trip. Collected on time, beach was beautiful and sea warm. We saw turtles and tombs. The river cruise itself was a delight and took some great photos. Negatives are..they confiscate any drink you have, literally doing a bag search. Mud baths are chaotic and stink.
Set off on a delightful day out from Marmaris and discover the easy-going charm of Dalyan. Drift gently along the Dalyan River in a traditional riverboat, taking in the peaceful scenery and the impressive Lycian Rock Tombs carved high into the cliffs — a truly unforgettable sight.
Along the way, treat yourself to a little relaxation at the famous thermal mud baths, where you can unwind and enjoy the warm sulphur springs. There's also time to cool off with a swim at beautiful Iztuzu Beach, affectionately known as Turtle Beach. This unspoilt stretch of sand is a protected area and a nesting ground for the endangered loggerhead turtles.
