Home to Lanzarote's only salt-water wave pool, Aqualava Waterpark in Playa Blanca promises plenty of water-soaked action. You'll be picked up at your hotel and brought to the park to enjoy its slides, pools and daredevil rides. An action-packed day out for all the family.

All the pools are heated using geothermal energy, so you can expect every inch of Aqualava to blend in with Lanzarote's volcanic landscape. But it's made all the more exciting with water slides, chutes and pools suitable for all family members as well as adrenaline-pumping rides for the bravest. And when you want to take it easy, you can float along the lazy river or hit the sun loungers.

The park is not as advertised & it is impossible to stay for more than a couple of hours. We left & walked into Playa Blanca so we didn’t waste a day. The food was pricey, we paid 53 euros for 2 hotdogs & 2 panini’s which were actually frozen pizzas and gave 1 of us an upset stomach. The coach to the park so was so busy , bit the driver was good & helpful. The coach on the way back didn’t seem road worthy, there was rust all across the exterior. I would not recommend this excursion.

Good fun although was a bit annoyed as we had our food and drinks confiscated on entry we had took some food to keep the cost down as we know these kind of places really hike up the prices which was true as we were forced to buy food was overpriced and not good amount for price paid
