This evening tour takes you wine tasting and sightseeing around Evia's capital, Chalkida. You'll see the sights by night, including where the famous tidal phenomenon takes place, and sample some local wine at a family-run winery.
You'll head straight for a local winery where a lesson on making Greek wine and a tasting all await. Your next destination will be Chalkida, but first you'll stop at the Fortress of Karababa for a panoramic view over the town.
Then join your guide on a walk through the centre Chalkida, taking in the seaside promenade lined with countless bars and restaurants. Along the way, you'll stop at Negroponte Bridge, which crosses the channel of Eyripos, where the tide changes direction every six hours. Some free time to enjoy a drink or dinner will then complete the trip.
