“Starting point was too far from the dock with no clear guidance of how to get there or how long it would take. We were told it was a 20 minute walk, we allowed 30 minutes, it took 40 minutes so we missed the walking tour The audio description was behind the destination e.g. pulled up outside the synagogue and parked there for maybe 5 minutes then as the bus left the audio began telling us all about it. This happened at almost every building.”
“we never got to visit margaret island! the boat just went around it?? we thought we had a stop there.”
“Time slot changed twice, probably for several guests so was very full and noisy. Nice to have the headsets and alot of information provided which was interesting but couldn't tell what was being described at times as not obvious or on other side of boat and out of view. The included drink seemed rushed and with little information of how it worked/ what you can have, but the servers were amazing at remembering the drinks people ordered. Would suggest having head sets explaining each view point”
