This is a shared gondola (up to 5 people for each one) so the gondola might be shared with other people
Customers who choose the 'Random Seat' option may be placed on different gondolas. For customers who wish to sit together, please book accordingly
No refund will be accepted for no shows or late comers
The gondola ride will be provided rain or shine, only in case of very heavy rain it might be cancelled, and the tour will be refunded (if not rescheduled)
Please note that in case of high tide (acqua alta) gondolas might not be able to complete the itinerary that passes underneath the Bridge of Sighs and an alternative route will be provided
