Cable car ride to and from the fortress
Dinner was very good. Concert was disappointing. Paid for Tier 1 seats but we were seated right at the back to the side so the view was poor. Orchestra played very few Mozart pieces. Felt disappointed at the end of the evening.

- White wine soup with roasted Marcona almonds
- Braised veal "Tafelspitz" from local grass-fed veal with port wine sauce on potato gratin and grilled asparagus OR Salzburger trout fillet "Müllerin Art" with parsley potatoes
- Salzburger Nockerl - fluffy egg soufflé with vanilla cream and berries
