Perast is a beautiful place to visit and not as busy as its neighbour Kotor, we were collected from our hotel by the driver at a time chosen by us as it was a private tour. We were taken directly to Perast where we were able to enjoy 2 to 3 hours of free time, the driver organised our water taxi across to Our Lady Of The Rock ( extra charge approx. €10 each ) and this is well worth the extra money. Lovely restaurants along the bay to eat or drink at. Highly recommend this tour.
Enjoy a picturesque drive from Budva to Perast where you will explore the town and visit two unique islands, Our Lady of Rock and St. George.
Begin with a visit to the Perast Baroque town museum set at the foot of St Elijah Hill. Then, travel into the town mosaicked together by dozens of grand stone palaces, churches, houses and squares.
After your 1-hour of free time sightseeing throughout the town, you will take a short boat trip to see the man made island of Our Lady of Rock adorned with a Catholic church. From here you will be able to spot St. George island and its Monastery dating back to the XII century.
