Comino and Blue Lagoon cruise

Guide and staff on boat very helpful- transfer was helpful however he did not seem to know when the “ticket” we had for the bus was. Maybe TUI could supply guests with a QR CODE or ticket for the bus moving forward. Although busy it was still great once we reached Comino and the cruise there was great! Offer to rent out snorkelling equipment which is very worth it. Transfer was a bit late and confusing as we did not know the vehicle picking us up so initially thought we missed it

To start, we waited nearly 40 minutes for the coach with no clear instructions. I had to phone up to confirm whether it was actually a coach or a bus, and when it did arrive, it felt more like public transport. There was no rep to greet us or explain anything – you’re left to figure things out yourself.

The Blue Lagoon was too crowded, but then it was a summer Sunday afternoon - so OK. The bus driver wasted everone's time by taking a totally unnecessary long route back to our hotel on Bugibba. Transfer time to the boat cruise was around 10 minutes but over an hour back. When close to our hotel area he turned right round a roundabout and took us in the wrong direction.

Der Tag war sehr schön, genug Zeit um die Insel zu erkunden. Auf dem Schiff wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die wichtigsten Informstionen auch in deutscher Sprache durch gesagt worden wären.
