And for the first time ever, you can step inside the magnificent Gringotts Wizarding Bank – the tour’s biggest expansion yet. Explore the grand banking hall, peek into the Lestrange vault, and meet a whole gallery of goblins along the way.

Booking the 8-Hour Extended Tour option will allow you to spend one additional hour inside the Studio which gives you the chance to explore every nook and cranny at an even calmer pace.

What to remember

Accessibility:

The coach company doesn’t currently offer wheelchair-accessible facilities for the transfers to the Warner Bros. Studio. If the person is able to sit in a standard seat, the drivers are happy to lend a hand getting on board, and the wheelchair can be stored safely in the luggage compartment. Most of the Studio Tour is wheelchair-friendly, but a few spots might be a bit tricky to get around, like the cobbled street in Diagon Alley and the slate floor in the Great Hall

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

Audio guides can be purchased on-site for around £4.95. They are narrated in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, Brazilian Portuguese and Russian

Know in advance:

Children aged 0–15 will need to be accompanied by an adult. If you're booking for an infant (0–4 years), you'll need to reserve a seat for them on the coach
The coach journey takes around an hour each way, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you’ll have a full four hours to explore the attraction at your own pace before heading back to the coach for the return trip
The time booked is the time of departure from the meeting point
On the day of your visit, your tickets will be given to you when you get off the coach
You can make your own way to the studio if you’d prefer. Your tickets will be left for you at the ticket office in an envelope under the name used for the booking. Just a heads-up – they’ll be ready for collection 1 hour and 30 minutes after the coach departure time you originally booked, so you won’t be able to enter earlier. Please note that coach transfers are non-refundable.
If you miss the coach please make your own way to the studio, your tickets will be left at the ticket office in an envelope under the name of the booking
You're welcome to stay at the Studio for as long as you like, but if you do, you'll need to make your own way back. The coach will leave on time according to the schedule.
If you don’t want to take the coach to the Studio but would like to use it for the return journey, you can. The coach will be parked in the coach parking area at the Studio. It’s a white coach with a small black sign on the side that reads “Axis & Globe Travel”. Please check with the driver to confirm it’s heading back to the meeting point at the Royal National Hotel on Bedford Way. For the departure time from the Studio, please refer to the itinerary based on your booking.
You’re welcome to bring your luggage with you, but please note that it can’t be left on the coach during your visit. There is, however, a cloakroom at the Studio where you can store your bags during your visit.

De tour was erg gaaf en echt een aanrader als je Harry Potter fan bent. Helaas was de busreis erg slecht. We vertrokken te laat en halverwege de reis moest een meisje overgeven. Dit werd niet opgeruimd, waardoor het ontzettend stonk. Ook de terugreis was de bus niet schoongemaakt, dus het was een erg nare busreis. We vertrokken terug ook wederom te laat en de chauffeur was erg onvriendelijk. Voor dit hoge bedrag had ik wel meer verwacht qua service!

Insgesamt hat alles wunderbar funktioniert und es gab keine Probleme Das Hotel war schön und sehr sauber und sehr zentral gelegen auch der Transfer zum Studio hat super geklappt Ich denke man sollte sich nur Gedanken machen was die sehr teure Fahrt von und zum Flughafen angeht

A bit sad that we got rescheduled to the earliest bus, which made us miss our breakfast in the hotel but we understand it was better for operational reasons. The ease and comfort brought by the tour operator for visiting the studios was well worth it!

Der Transfer lief super ab. Eine sehr angenehme Fahrt und wir sind auch pünktlich gestartet. Die Warner Brother Studios waren ein wirklich unglaubliches Erlebniss. Selbst nicht Harry Potter Fans sind von den spektakulären Sets begeistert. Es gab einige atemberaubende Augenblicke. In dieser Tour steckt so viel Mühe und Auge zum Detail. Großes Lob und Empfehlung!!! P.S. lasst euch Zeit. Die 4 Stunden sind mehr als ausreichend.
