Meet your host at the fountain in Russell Square, WC1B 5EH, to exchange your voucher. Your host will be wearing a ‘VoxCity’ navy blue uniform and carrying a white ‘VoxCity’ flag. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked timeslot and bring your own headphones

  • Items not permitted in the British museum include large bags heavier than 8 kg, wheeled cases, folding bicycles, and more. Visit the British Museum website for a full list of prohibited items

Know in advance:

  • The British Museum is free for all to enter. Your package includes an express guided tour of the outside building, an audio guided tour of the exhibition, a guide at the meeting point, and a donation to the British Museum
  • Please note that the express guided tour will last approximately 45 minutes
  • Please meet your guide 5 minutes before your booked time slot
  • Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the app and audio guide prior to arrival
  • Pushchairs are permitted on-site. Fold-up prams and buggies can be left free of charge in the cloakroom
