What to expect

Join a complete day with lunch included, transport to and from Kraków, plus guided tours. An experience of Birkenau camp, plus both the Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II labor camps.

Depart Kraków and journey to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum to explore the largest concentration camp in Poland built by the Nazis. See the infamous Arbeit Macht Frei sign and some of the administration buildings where the horrors were planned. Look inside the gas chamber where the Nazis committed their hideous genocide, and see personal artifacts belonging to inmates at exhibitions dedicated to their memory.

After a 15-minute break, you'll go to the Birkenau camp for a 1-hour guided tour. Discover where the prisoners entered the camp and the wooden barracks where they were forced to live. Return to Kraków with your thoughts and get dropped off at a place of your choice in the Old Town or Old Jewish Quarter.

    Booked months ago but no entry tickets or English speaking guide were secured. Pickup was 4:45am to allow for 5 hours of queuing and that was with a Polish speaking guide. Why would you think it's ok for your customers to be wandering around in the middle of the night with all sorts of undesirables in order to get entry tickets which should have been sorted weeks earlier. Glorified taxi service. Change your local trip organiser immediately

    A very informative tour and learnt so much. Although it was a somber experience it is a very important lesson for all humanity. As the guide said we should encourage everyone to see and experience this dreadful place to ensure it never happens again. Only problem we had was our pick-up time altered from 9:00am to 5:40am less than 24hours before.

    Thought provoking, moving experience …..we had the lunch included but didn’t get it until half way through the tour… after 11/2 hrs .. we were really hungry ! This should be communicated that you don’t get it until then … guide was very good
