The pick up arrangements were ‘Chaotic’ at best! We both emailed the provider, called twice to no answer and used WhatsApp to no response. So, we decided to take the time of pick up on the voucher as correct being 9am. On the morning of the trip my friend did receive a WhatsApp message stating.
