What to expect

The hub of the north, Corralejo is one of the most exciting spots in Fuerteventura. Whether it's shopping, socialising or sightseeing, it's a hive of activity. And if you're based in the south of the island, there's no better way to discover the town than with the Corralejo Transfer service. You'll be dropped off for the day and will then be free to explore at your own pace.

Pastel-coloured homes line the seafront and fishing boats dot the beaches. And just a block away, you'll find some of the best shopping in all of Fuerteventura, with plenty of handmade arts and crafts on sale. Just outside the town, you'll be able to check out the vast expanses of the Corralejo sand dunes – a natural reserve with 9km of coastline.

Watch the surfers as you stroll along the beach or fishermen bring in their haul at the harbour. Or maybe tuck into the catch of the day in one of the many seafood restaurants and enjoy the views of Lobos Island and Lanzarote in the Bocayna Strait.

  • Between the beginning of November until Easter, your drop-off and return meeting point will be the harbour
  • During winter months, for guests from Caleta de Fuste, Costa Caleta or Costa Antigua, return time is 14:15. For guests from Jandia, Esquinzo or Costa Calma, the return time is 16:30

    Really good service, but was late leaving Corralejo to return to hotel with no explanation so was just sitting on coach waiting, turned out we were waiting for a boat/ferry to come back which was late - not a problem but would have been nice to have just been told

    The driver was excellent, explained everything clearly and was friendly and prepared to answer questions. At our request, the return trip was via the sand dunes which was spectacular.

    Staff very nice, timings good, my only criticism was the seats on the bus were narrow and seat belt plug pressed into hip making for an uncomfortable journey.
