Réservation faite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants le 6 octobre. J'ai payé 63,20 € mais n'ai reçu que les Vouchet ( 8 en tout), mais aucun QR code pour pouvoir rentrer dans le musée. J'ai du racheter des billets que je n'ai payé que 28 €, tarif famille. J'espère que vous me rembourserez les 63 € que je considère comme du vol. Impossible de vous joindre le jour prévu, le 23 octobre. Sans réponse, je porte plainte.
