Mostar City Tour with Ottoman Home

Leila is a great guide. The trip was very informative.

Both the guides were excellent. Very lucky with the crossings at border control. Plenty of comfort breaks. Slightly too early pick up but can understand why.

Tui guide was not great. Came across quite bored and not very interested. Kept talking about getting tips. The tour guide in Mostar however was brilliant. Could not rate him enough. Very knowledgeable and very engaging. The views of the town and the bridge were excellent.

Coach driver and guide , plus tour guide through the city were lovely, however we were told this excursion was 8 hours and ended up being 12 - this was without any border delays. We were told sometimes there are up to 2 hour delays on border crossings. We were very lucky being the only coach in and out each time I feel the time scale needs updating on your website when selling so people are aware it’s a lot longer than sold as

We enjoyed the tour, it was very informative. Mostar we found beautiful but very busy, this made it difficult to find something to eat and look around in the time left after the guided tour and getting back to the coach.

Coach should have had air conditioning otherwise it was a perfect experience with no other complaints
