We were a little concerned when our pickup time was changed to 5am but it was the best thing that could have happened. First coach in car park and first tour to enter the museum. We could see and read all the information. A very humbling experience. Guide was superb and very informative.
Embark on a poignant journey to the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camps, guided by an English-speaking professional educator well-versed in its harrowing history. This experience will transport you back to the grim era of World War II, providing an impactful lesson about the Nazi Holocaust.
Established in 1940 under the funding of the Nazi party, Auschwitz-Birkenau stands as both a stark symbol of human suffering and a testament to physical and emotional exhaustion. As the largest concentration camp run by the Nazis, it served as the tragic end for millions of lives, predominantly Jews, who were mercilessly exterminated in its horrific gas chambers.
