TowelsIt was the first time we had booked a tui experience and it was for my partners 60th birthday. Having our third break with Tui within a year I expected better. On arrival staff were unwelcoming regarding entrance area. We were then told we hadn't booked a cabin when we showed staff the confirmation email. We then had to pay more for a cabin on the day. Although Tui refunded the money paid and issued a £20 voucher it totally ruined my partners 60th birthday.

Just so you know, you can choose between two ticket types:
- Option one – entry ticket with locker use. You get your own locker in a public changing room (separated by gender) where you can leave your bag and clothes
- Option two – entry ticket with cabin use. You get your own private cabin where you can change and store your belongings during your visit
