“The tour was pretty average sadly and fell well short of the bus tour we enjoyed in Vienna which was first class”

“We bought this experience before departure thinking that it would be a lovely end to our cruise. what we did not know at the time was that the very same evening, on board the TUI Maya there would be Hungarian dancing, the evening meal, and a movie on the top deck. So we did not go on the experience. By the time we realised. it was too late to get a refund. Maybe this information could be flagged up so that other travellers do not pay for experiences that they subsequently find they do not want.”
