    Transport from hotel and back was great, but they didn't know what boat we supposed to go on and they sent us on different boat. We supposed to have all inclusive but on the boat where they sent us the could not offer all inclusive. We could only have the cheapest beer and soft drinks in plastic cup

    The boat trip itself was good, but getting to the boat and retiring to the hotel from the boat was pure chaos. We were first put on the wrong boat, then we were asked to leave and go to another boat. And after finishing the tour, there was no bus to take us back home, luckily someone called the bus

    The experience itself once we were on the boat was great. however getting to and from the boat was very chaotic. None of the local captains knew who sent us, and when the journey ended we had no bus waiting for us and we were left waiting until someone called the provider for us.
