  • Keep in mind that the museum is undergoing a renovation and the hall with the Pergamon Altar will remain closed until at least 2024
  • Each tour has built-in maps, so there's no chance for you to get lost
  • Interactive tours are filled with stories from local residents, audio guides, video clips, riddles, and augmented reality
  • Bring headphones with you to hear the audio guide
  • After checkout, you will receive an SMS on your phone and/or an email with a link to the audio tour
  • Limited lockers onsite, large backpacks aren't allowed in. The museum can't host items bigger than carry-on luggage
  • Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance of the Pergamon Museum
  • Please arrive on time for your booked timeslot, entry cannot be guaranteed if you're late

    At Museum's entrance lost about 20 min. as employee at ticket control and his supervisor affirmed was that your reservation was't reconignized by his control system. After long discussion and assisted by ticketing counter, finally they found my prepaid reservation and issued new tickets.
