What to remember
- Tickets must be shown at the entrance
- VIP service staff will welcome you at the departure area. If there are no staff present, follow the signage for CIP services
- If there are no VIP Lounge staff present, ask the airport information desk inside the terminal to contact the VIP Lounge or a TUI Rep

- Please check with your TUI Rep in destination as fast-track conditions differ for passengers flying with other airlines
