What to expect

This wonderful experience starts with an audio-guided tour, exploring the palace and ends with a concert at Schönbrunn Palace Orangery. The Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra will take you on a journey to the world of Mozart and Strauss, accompanied by brilliant vocalists.

In walking distance from the main entrance of Schönbrunn Palace lies the restored Orangery Schönbrunn, a location for sumptuous festivities during the reign of the Habsburgs, and the place where the genius of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart flourished. In this historic ambience, the Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra performs works of Mozart and Strauss, accompanied by vocalists.

  • 6:45 pm: Meeting point in front of the main entrance of Schönbrunn Palace (left wing of the palace)
  • 7:00 pm: Palace tour with audio guide
  • 8:30 pm: The concert starts in the Schönbrunn Orangery (Admission from 8:00 pm)
  • 10:15 pm: End of the concert

Please be at the main entrance of the palace (inside-left wing of the palace) 15 minutes before the tour starts. The tour ends at the Orangery - Schönbrunner Schlossstraße 47, Hietzing, 1100 Vienna.

  • The audio tour is available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, Croatian, Polish, Turkish
  • Category A ticket holders will receive a glass of sparkling wine at the concert bar
  • Category VIP ticket holders will receive priority access ("skip the line") at both the concert bar and the entrance to the concert hall, seats in the front rows, free coat check, an exclusive VIP program booklet, and a glass of sparkling wine
  • On selected dates, the concerts take place in the Great Gallery or in the White-Gold Room directly in the Palace, in the Schönbrunn Palace Theatre, or in other concert halls in Vienna
