This unique experience will begin in the heart of the city, at the door of San Valero Parish. After joining the group get ready visit the famous Ruzafa market to purchase the fresh products necessary to cook a good paella. In the meantime, get ready to learn you the origin of the paella and customs and culture of the Valencian people. Later, you'll enjoy a walk to reach the kitchen where the chef will be waiting to welcome you with some delicious tapas accompanied by sangria, beer, water... During this welcome appetizer, the chef will explain step by step the preparation of the paella, you'll relish the experience of cooking it, and once finished get ready to sit down and taste it. The paella will be accompanied by a Valencian tomato salad, Valencian traditional wines, seasonal fruit, the typical Valencian sponge cake, sweet wine, and coffee.
