The guide will be at the entrance of the palace (on the street, not in the courtyard) holding a yellow sign with TOUR written on it. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the beginning of the tour.
What to remember

Know in advance:

  • To participate in the standard tour in English and Italian a minimum age of 14 is required (children and infants are not allowed), while the family tour (available only in Italian) is open to customers of all ages (adults 18+, youth 14-17, children 6-13 and infants 0-5)
  • This tour is guaranteed with a minimum number of 2 participants
  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult
  • Note that starting from April 9th, the Galleria dei Re section will be closed for restoration. The visit to the Egyptian Museum will take place as scheduled
  • Small luggage lockers are available inside the museum
