Fast track clearance with assistance at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport

We were met as we entered the arrivals terminal. The representative couldn’t have been more helpful, getting a trolley and promptly loading our bags on it and pushing it. We were taken straight to the front of the queue for passport control and processed. When we got to the luggage carousel he picked our cases and added them to the trolley. He then proceeded to push our trolley out of the terminal to our waiting taxi where he and the driver loaded our luggage into the boot. Excellent !!!

Being met from the plane. I also had special assistance. Took our bags passports and luggage On arrival and took us through even to the point of finding our private transfers. Our return to uk was as good as without doubt would use every time especially if you have medical/ mobility issues. The down issue was our suitcases were lost and took three days to return to our uk address.

I liked how efficiently we were taken through security amongst a sea of people. It helped my husband to remain calm and confident we were being taken to the correct places throughout the 3 security checks. I was disappointed that we were unable to check in online and that there was no baggage drop facility at the airport. It would've been helpful if Pearl Assist had a dedicated dropoff area outside the airport doors as we were accosted by a rogue bellboy who took our luggage to the airport door

For a disability it takes stress anxiety away. Carey my cases found my private transfer fealty with all security luggage would totally recommend. So helpful and professional. Would use every time

It was very fast and they did everything collecting our passports, putting yr cases through 2 of the security checks, checking you in at the tui desk lifting our cases and then taking you through to where yr gate is Excellent would do it again it’s worth the money
