Dalaman Airport VIP service and lounge from Sarigerme area

The lounge it self is fine BUT Tui did not pass our booking onto the airport, so they were not expecting us for VIP or the lounge. Had to wait 20 minutes for the airport to sort.

We booked this through a TUI rep directly and everything went smoothly. Someone met us outside the coach, took our bags and very efficiently straight through to the lounge. No issues at all. The food selection wasn’t exactly great, very standard. The cakes were so dry! You only get 1 voucher pp for beer or wine. Lounge was nice but busy at first but still managed to get a seat.

Everything was a complete ten . No stress or hassle at all perfect

So easy to use, I was guided and rushed through check in and customs and within 20 minutes was sat in lounge with a glass of wine and a lovely buffet in front of me. Lounge area was comfortable with plenty of seating

Deliver what you say you are going to deliver! We had to wait 30 minutes for the service and we could have done better without it going through security Really disappointed and we are so frustrated and disappointed

I was not treated how I thought I should of been It says I should of received fast tracking but I was not and when I asked staff they acted like they did not know what I was talking about. Didn't feel it was a special service at all...tbh I want a refund
