TransportThis was a really good morning. We were picked up on time, ferried out to the yacht from a small harbour. Underway quickly, and bar open straight away. Saw a large pod of dolphins which stayed close to the boat for around 30 minutes. There was quite a mix on board, a family from Finland, a Dutch lady, and her Italian friend plus my wife and me from the UK. A really enjoyable time made by the 2 crew who were great and informative.
Sailing the Cuba Libre is a sweet sensation. This single-mast yacht sails out of Santa Maria in southern Sal and specialises in all the ‘ings' – sailing, relaxing, sunbathing, snorkelling, swimming and even fishing. This is what being on holidays is all about – pure, unadulterated fun.

Once you're in the open sea, you're in God's playground. With luck, you'll spot flying fish and turtles. And if you don't, there's always the snorkelling and swimming – crewmembers have their favourite spots for both activities such as Monte Leao. Cruises are available as either half-day – morning or afternoon – or full day.
