Gids Guiseppe was heel bekwaam, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij kon ons veel vertellen. Enige nadeel was dat de tour 3 uur duurde ipv 2 uur en dat we dus geen eten hadden meegenomen, omdat het startte om 10:50. We waren in de veronderstelling dat we rond 13:00/13:30 wel wat konden eten. Dat werd een uur later. Blijkbaar is dit bij jullie bekend en begrepen we van de organisatie dat hier wel vaker verschillen en misverstanden over zijn. Het is dus goed om dit aan te passen in jullie program.
