    The experience was fantastic overall. We felt the access was easy, the service was friendly and professional. We felt comfortable and safe as 2 female travellers. We have used this lounge on 3 trips and will definitely return on our next trip in 2026.

    Travelled as a couple

    The holiday was cancelled completely and believed the VIP lounge tickets had also been cancelled. But this wasn’t the case. They emailed 24 hs ahead of when it was booked for saying I couldn’t cancel it any longer and couldn’t get a refund.
