Personal expenses-Half the group had already begun, which made it extremely difficult to hear the staff member and tainted the experience, as they were noisy and loud. -The staff member was friendly, welcoming & gave clear instructions throughout. However, the experience was made less special, as she kept going back onto the shop floor, so we had to wait for her return/ go find her. -The pipette markings were small &difficult to read. -It is an unique, fun workshop for anyone of any age, for any occasion.
