Things to do in Binibeca
Whitewashed houses, narrow winding lanes and a peaceful waterfront setting give Binibeca the feel of a traditional Mediterranean fishing village. Built in the 1970s to resemble a historic coastal settlement, this picturesque corner of Menorca has become one of the island’s most photographed spots. Its maze of quiet streets, flower-filled courtyards and sea views make it an ideal place to slow down and explore on foot.
You can wander through the pedestrian lanes, browse small artisan shops, or stop at a café overlooking the harbour. Nearby coves and beaches offer crystal clear waters for swimming and snorkelling, while coastal paths reveal more of Menorca’s unspoilt shoreline. Although Binibeca looks centuries old, it was carefully designed by architect Antonio Sintes Mercadal to recreate the charm of a traditional Balearic fishing village.

Menorca Binibeca three-hour boat tour snorkel safari
Set sail from Cala Torret for a snorkel safari off Isla de l'Aire, where rocky outcrops, hidden coves and sea‑only caves create a marine reserve perfect for spotting fish like ornate wrasse and damselfish. You'll also hop over to two more gems like Caló Blanc, Binibeca, Binidalí, Biniparratx or Cala Rafalet, with the weather choosing the smoothest route. All the gear's provided, along with an instructor, and you can even try a bit of paddleboarding. Drinks and snacks are included to keep you fueled along the way, too. It's the perfect outing to dive into Menorca's underwater magic.

Reviews Binibeca
“The whole experience was amazing. It was easy to coordinate on Whatsapp. IT was great we got picked up and dropped off at the hotel. To improve- warn people there is insurance to pay when we arrive, as this was surprise and we nearly didn't bring money. Also, it would have been good to have been warned about the medical matters because some needed a doctors certificate, and we planned to go scuba the next day. Alba and Pera were absolutely amazing. Attentive, kind, knowledgeable, caring.THanks”
“Paul the captain was super friendly and knowledgeable. Great fun”
