Join this full-day sightseeing tour, capturing the central highlights of Malta. You'll be taken to the central part of Malta that is dominated by the ancient citadel of Mdina, which was once the island’s capital city and steeped in history.
Join your tour guide as you navigate through the narrow streets and mysterious alleyways of Mdina, also known as the 'silent city', that leads you to the bastions from which you can enjoy an almost 360 degree panoramic view of the island.
You'll leave Mdina through the Greek Gate and proceed to the catacombs, followed by a drive to the south-west of the island to Dingli cliffs which offers breathtaking views of the open sea and the tiny island of Filfla.
After lunch you'll then move on to the San Anton botanic gardens, home to some of the island's rarest plants and trees and now home of the President of the Republic. Afterwards you'll visit Mosta and its impressive dome, one of the largest standing unsupported domes in Europe.
Your last stop will be the crafts centre inTa' Qali where you'll see glass blowing, pottery and filigree all first hand and where you'll have ample time to shop for souvenirs before you travel back to your accommodation where your tour ends.
