- This ticket is valid to visit the temporary exibition of Ewa Juszkiewicz (from 26 May to 6 September 2026) and Carmen Laffón. Variaciones (from 23 June to 27 September 2026)
- The museum has audio guides available for the permanent collections, thematic tours, and temporary exhibitions. Audio guides provide information on the most important works and are available in Spanish, English, German, French, and Italian for the general tour of Masterpieces and in Spanish and English for thematic tours and temporary exhibitions
- These tickets are non-refundable. Changes are allowed but no cancellations
- Proof of status needs to be shown when acquiring the reduced ticket at the point of entry on the day of the visit
- Entrance to the ground-floor exhibition is subject to availability
