Meeting point:

Make sure to reach the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the tour starts. The pick-up point is inside the underground bus station at Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. To find it easily, search for "Calle Bailén 4" or "Puerta del Príncipe" on Google Maps. Even though there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén, this will show the correct location. Look for "Puerta del Príncipe" as a landmark. When facing it, look directly across the street to find the stairs leading underground. Take these stairs down to the bus station. Once inside, follow the Eco Tuk Tuk signage to the exact pick-up spot.

The minimum age for this tour is 2 years old and children must be accompanied by an adult

Know in advance:

Each tuk-tuk has a capacity of 4 people maximum
In winter, tuk-tuks have blankets and protective layers against rain and wind
The tour operates with a multilingual driver-guide
There is no luggage department in the tuk-tuk to store any handbags, wheelchairs, strollers or any further items
Itinerary is not subject to change, but it may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
