Why you’ll love this…

Brave Liverpool's ghastly past on a spooky night tour!
Explore the original 7 streets of Liverpool and it's ghostly past
Descend beneath the streets into a former city morgue
Hear tales of plague, slavery and cholera among the former slums

What to expect

This night tour for the brave-hearted will take you on a journey through the original 7 streets of Liverpool, where the ghastly history of the city all began...

You'll hear tales of hulking castles and dank airless dungeons, marble facades and sanctuary stones. You'll discover lofty banking halls and chilling corridors of power, the regal opulence of the Town Hall and the crooked lamp lit alley-ways.

Explore the city’s darkest and less well known hidden avenues in the now bustling commercial district, and finish this immersive tour experience in the oldest morgue in the city. Nestled quietly within a medieval garden, hidden beneath the Gothic spire of a floating chapel and entered through a trapdoor- the morgue was named by Herman Melville himself ‘The Liverpool Dead House’.
