Please note that you can collect your Krakow Card from: Jordan Cafe at Długa 9 (10am to 7pm daily), Hotel Galaxy at Gęsia 22a (10am to 7pm daily), Legends of Cracow at Pawia 8 (11am to 4pm daily).
What to remember
  • The card is valid for 3 consecutive days. You can activate your card before or on the date you have chosen during the purchase. The day will be filled in when you collect it
  • The Card is valid on city buses and trams day and night
  • The last admission to the exhibitions is usually 90 minutes before the closing time of the museums
  • Please note that on Mondays and public holidays some of the museums are closed
  • The visit in Schindler Factory and Krakow Underground Museum should be reserved few days in advance because of these places capacity.
