I could not answer any of the above as we did not have this experience, due to lack of communication from TUI We booked this experience when we booked the cruise and did not see anywhere that it said you would have to go by yourself to find the tour guide, my friend who was with me has mobility issues and although can walk is very slow I don't have enough space left to give you the full feed back but all I can say is that I'm very disappointed ??

Your experienced tour guide, easily recognizable by a black backpack bearing a Kompass and a red name tag, will take you on a customized expedition through the city's famous old town. You'll visit three famous brew houses and taste the local Koelsch-Beer (3 beers per person included) while hearing the strangest, funniest, and most impressive legends and facts about the city's highlights, including the iconic Cologne Cathedral.
