Overall the experience was ok. I think it’s overpriced for what you receive. It has a limited amount of snacks and non alcoholic drinks. There was no white wine which is my chosen drink so was very disappointed. The only good thing was the fast pass through security and baggage check. The staff were

We felt like royalty,from the red carpet to the impeccable service nothing was too much trouble It was so lovely to have the VIP treatment .My only issue was confirming my flight details as unfortunately I was unable to phone so had to send an email ,I think this would be the best way forward.
