2-hour quad tour with pick-up and soft drink

There was an issue at pickup due to the hotel, which was a TUI hotel not letting the driver in. This resulted in some confusion as the company had to send a taxi to collect this which we were not aware of and unsure about. This was the hotels fault. The guide was great taking loads of photos and video for only £15. We had a great fun time and stopped for a chill and drink towards the end of the tour. I would recommend to others

Had a great time,it was excellent,great chance to see the country side and get a fell for the country and it’s lovely people. The guy’s were brilliant and the owner gave us a lift back to our hotel in his own car ,very nice gentleman. Thanks gentleman.??????

Adam, who collected me from my hotel was friendly and very professional, offering me a drink and was very talkative. When I arrived, the team were great and made sure everyone was safe during the ride. They were also friendly and professional. I would recommend this experience to anyone. I had a great time. Thank you to all involved in making my experience great.

The guide was so kind and gave us plenty of time at the view point and drinks break. He explained everything clearly and always kept an eye on us. Cannot recommend them enough.

The experience wasn’t as described, it was described as thrilling and offering an adrenaline adventure. We followed the guide at between 5-10 mph the whole 2 hours with nowhere along the way to go faster. The pickup was a local taxi who wasn’t very safe and the quad biking overall was almost boring the opposite of what was described and definitely not a thrilling adrenaline adventure overall disappointed

Please improve the communication in terms of pick up customer towards the end as I was waiting up to an hour to be pick up as I felt unsafe. I want compensation for this. This is unacceptable.
