At the ticket sales area of the Alhambra. You can take the Alhambra Bus that will leave you about 20 meters from the meeting point (stop next to the Statue of Isabel la Católica).

When making the reservation, you must indicate the full name of each participant as it appears on the Passport or ID that you have provided, otherwise access to the Alhambra cannot be guaranteed
