Excellent experience, so good we did it twice! First time, no sightings but a lovely morning out on the water in the sunshine. The second trip we saw two fin whales (parent and baby) and spent about 30 minutes alongside them - a safe and respectful distance away, keeping pace with them - magical! Nino was an excellent captain, manoeuvring the boat and searching for us. Elisa was very bubbly giving the general and safety information, and then explaining the beautiful creatures. Well worth it!

Guide spult ihre Texte runter. Keine Delfine gesehen, mir fehlte die Begeisterung/das Engagement der Guides bei der Suche. Hab ich schon mal anders erlebt. An Bord wurde mir Bargeld aus dem Portemonnaie geklaut. War das ein Einzelfall?

Ein tolles Erlebnis mit einer perfekten Organisation. Wir hatten das Glück einen Finnwal mit Nachwuchs zu sehen, sowie Delphine, absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben leider keine Delphine sehen dürfen. Im großen und ganzen lohnt sich die Tour nicht, vor allem für die Leute die auf den hinteren Plätzen sind, die haben nichts davon. Da die Sicht eingeschränkt ist. Getränke gab es am Badestop. Ich würde die Tour nicht empfehlen, nimmt lieber etwas mehr Geld in die Hand und macht eine Katamaran Tour. Die ist länger und schöner.

Fernando, one of our insider guides, says ‘Every year, on the third Saturday of September, thousands of islanders dressed in traditional Canarian costume pilgrimage through the gorge to worship Fuerteventura's patron saint.'Discover off the beaten track parts of Fuerteventura as you embark on foot, crisscrossing valleys from the hamlet of Vega de Rio Palmas to the hermitage of Las Peñitas. There'll be plenty of photo stops and the chance to rest in the shade under one of the many date trees which dot the route. Thanks to the surrounding sea of green vegetation and otherworldly rock formations, locals refer to the area as the ‘Oasis of Fuerteventura'. They're both a bit far away, but Lanzarote is just 30 minutes by boat from Fuerteventura, which is a short time to travel for an otherworldly experience. You'll visit Timanfaya National Park, El Golfo and a winery – all in one day.After an early pick-up, you'll go to the port to board the ferry to Playa Blanca. The action starts straight away with a visit to Timanfaya National Park, which is home to a third of the island's 100 volcanoes. Admire eerie landscapes of fantastic forms in shades of maroon, red, grey and black. You'll also be treated to a few party tricks courtesy of the geothermic earth below you.On the park's coastal edge, head to El Golfo to see the green lagoon at the back of a black beach and the nearby Hervideros cliffs.
