• On the first Sunday of each month, the museum follows regular opening hours, and entry is free for everyone
• Please note that, at the moment, some areas of the Boboli Gardens may be affected by renovation or maintenance works. These works are managed directly by the Uffizi Galleries, the administration responsible for the Boboli Gardens, and are beyond local organization’s control

• To avoid overcrowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals, more than 5 minutes, may be denied entry
• Kindly download the Uffizi Gallery Audio App and the multilingual Palatine Gallery and Boboli Gardens eBook as soon as the instructions are sent to you via email or WhatsApp, 24 hours before your visit. To ensure a smooth experience, please download everything using Wi-Fi before your visit. The instructions will be sent to the contact details you provided during the booking process

• Official combined ticket is valid for 5 consecutive days and offers one single admission (with priority) to all the museum sites of the Uffizi, Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens (price 40 €) and Free (0-17): € 0.00. The additional fees cover the on-site staff, ticket procurement, and agency booking fees, all necessary to ensure a complete experience and efficient reservation management. The price also includes a multilingual audio app for the Uffizi Gallery and two eBooks for Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, as well as tastings of typical local products
